Return and Exchange Conditions

Gentleman Revival accepts returns or exchanges for items bought on our website within 30 days from the tracking delivery date confirmation, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Items show no signs of wear and tear.
  • All tags remain attached.
  • Items are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.

Please note, certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, along with your order number.

How to Return or Exchange

For returns or exchanges, please contact us at hello@gentlemanrevival.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the process based on the rules outlined here.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Should there be a delay in receiving your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing time can vary. If the refund has not been received after this period, contact us at hello@gentlemanrevival.com for further assistance.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return once we receive the returned item. A digital gift certificate will then be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@gentlemanrevival.com within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within this time frame may affect our ability to honor your claim. We use the delivery confirmation and tracking timestamp as evidence when reviewing such requests.
