Gentleman Revival, based in the heart of Rome, Italy, collaborates with premier international carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS, leveraging their global networks alongside local courier services to deliver directly to your doorstep. We are committed to offering a flat rate for shipping worldwide, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our distinguished clientele.

Order Processing and Payment

Your order will be charged upon placement, with all transactions undergoing verification and approval before dispatch, which may require several days. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or those necessitating additional verification might face delays and/or cancellation.

Shipping Process

We aim to prepare your order within 2-5 working days, sending it to our carrier's sorting facility. During peak seasons or for in-demand items, this process may extend up to 10 days. Once your order is in the shipping stage, we are unable to accommodate changes, including address modifications. We strictly ship to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping operations are conducted on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, keeping you informed every step of the way.

For orders consisting of multiple items, be advised that shipments may arrive separately due to varying locations of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking Your Order

Each order is assigned a tracking number, communicated via email upon dispatch. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear. Should you not see tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on destination and do not account for our 2-5 day processing period:

  • Canada, Europe: 10-14 Business Days

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

International orders may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees, charged once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility, as Gentleman Revival has no control over these expenses. Refused shipments returned to us will result in the customer bearing any import taxes and return shipping costs.

Package Loss, Theft, or Damage

Gentleman Revival is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please report the issue or file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is crucial that customers ensure the accuracy of the shipping address before finalizing their order. We cannot amend shipping details once an order is processed. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be retrieved or rerouted.
